PR manager in Maikoff

Maikoff.ua is an online platform for personalized printing with a 15-year history. We work with businesses and teams that want to broadcast their values ​​to the world — through product, communication and merch. We are currently looking for a PR manager who thinks of a brand as a living system: with tone, position, reputation and long-term impact and knows how to shape the brand's public image.

In this role you:

• form and support the voice of the brand in all public channels;
• develop and implement a PR strategy;
• work with Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest as PR tools, not just channels;
• create info drives, special projects, collaborations;
• test hypotheses, ideas and formats that work for recognition and trust;
• work in a team with a designer and marketer;
• analyze audience reactions and influence decisions, not just prepare reports.

Who we are looking

This role will suit you if:

• you have a portfolio and you can show your achievements;
• you have at least 2 years of experience in PR / SMM / content;
• you can work with Figma, Canva, Photoshop;
• think strategically and systematically, not just ideas;
• you are interested in complex tasks and long-term results;
• you have strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team;
• you want to influence the brand, not be a "doer" tasks".
