We are a creative team creating video content for YouTube projects, Instagram series, sketches, vines, short formats and advertising integrations. We are looking for a Filming Organizer to join the team, who will be able to fully support video production — from finding a screenwriter to the finished video.
Responsibilities:
Preparation for filming:
Finding and engaging screenwriters for the video format
Organizing the editorial office and approving scripts
Drawling a shooting plan, calendar schedule
Selection of locations, props, equipment, actors, film crew
Maintenance of the shooting budget, cost control
Preparation of the shooting package (timing, storyboard, title drafts, shot list, etc.)
Conducting filming:
Coordination of the film crew on the site
Control of compliance with the script, timing and schedule
Quick resolution of technical or organizational force majeure
Post-production:
Transfer of materials for editing, sound, graphics
Communication with the editor, sound engineer, motion designer
Checking draft versions of the video, editing control
Coordinating the final result with the creative team / customer
Delivery video according to the deadline
