Your future goals:

• Development of external brand communications in the Ukrainian market:
  • search for info drives;
  • maintaining positive relations with editors;
  • interacting with external writers and internal contributors to prepare materials;
  • tracking trends in communications and implementing new approaches.
• Implementation of the employer brand development strategy:
  • ensure participation in profile awards, conferences and ratings;
  • development of speakers through internal and external events;
  • creation of own information drives, in particular implementation of partnerships, collaborations, projects etc.
• Monitoring targets and implementing changes.

What will you need for this?

It will be a plus if you have:

• Examples of placing texts in Tier-1 and Tier-2 Ukrainian media;
• Employer brand development experience;
• experience of implementing communication campaigns zero.
