Reputation Manager in CareWise

We’re building a modern social discovery product that helps people connect and find real chemistry online. As we scale, trust becomes a key growth driver, and that’s where you come in.

We’re looking for a Reputation Manager to own and grow our presence on Trustpilot, Sitejabber, and other review platforms where users decide whether to trust our brand.

What you’ll do

• Manage, analyze, and respond to reviews on Trustpilot, Sitejabber, and similar platforms.

• Improve overall ratings and increase the share of positive feedback.

• Communicate with users in a professional, empathetic, and trust-building tone.

• Create and maintain brand profiles across relevant review platforms.

• Proactively identify reputation risks and work to prevent them.

• Strengthen brand visibility in search results and AI language models (e.g. ChatGPT).

• Collaborate with Marketing and Support teams to ensure consistent messaging.

• Track reputation metrics and prepare regular reports.

What we’re looking for

• Experience in reputation or review management.

• English level B2 or higher.

• Confidence in handling negative feedback diplomatically.

• Analytical mindset; experience with monitoring tools.

• Basic skills in Excel / Google Sheets, Notion.

• Understanding of SEO and SERM.

• Hands-on experience with review platforms (Trustpilot, Sitejabber, etc.).
