We run data-driven paid advertising campaigns and are looking for a detail-oriented PPC & Data Entry Specialist to support campaign execution, reporting, and daily account hygiene.
This role is ideal for someone who understands paid ads basics , follows instructions well, and enjoys organized, repeatable work .
ResponsibilitiesPPC Support (Primary)
- Assist with Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and TikTok Ads
- Upload and update:
- Campaigns
- Ad sets
- Keywords
- Ad creatives
- Product feeds (basic level)
- Perform daily checks on:
- Budget pacing
- Campaign status
- Disapproved ads
- Broken links
- Pause / enable ads based on instructions
- Follow provided daily, weekly, and monthly PPC task checklists
Data Entry & Reporting
- Enter and maintain data in:
- Google Sheets / Excel
- Ad performance trackers
- Keyword & product lists
- Pull basic reports from:
- Google Ads
- Meta Ads Manager
- TikTok Ads Manager
- Google Analytics (basic level)
- Help organize:
- Campaign naming conventions
- Ad copy versions
- Creative libraries
- Ensure accuracy and consistency across platforms
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year experience in e-commerce or digital marketing support
- Hands-on experience (basic to intermediate) with:
- Google Ads
- Meta Ads (Facebook / Instagram)
- TikTok Ads
- Bing Ads (nice to have)
- Strong data entry accuracy and attention to detail
- Comfortable with:
- Google Sheets / Excel
- Following SOPs and checklists
- Good written English communication
- Reliable internet connection and computer
Nice to Have (Not Required)
- Experience with Shopify
- Experience working with US or international e-commerce brands
- Basic understanding of:
- ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC
- Conversion tracking (at a high level)
- Prior experience supporting senior PPC managers or agencies
