PHP Developer (auto parts) in EPARTS

PHP developer (backend / full-stack) for SEO improvements of the online store

Project: eparts.kiev.ua (online auto parts store)
Stack: PHP, Kohana Framework

Task: implement technical SEO corrections based on the finished TK. There is a clear technical task and SEO logic. We need a developer who carefully implements the requirements without "self-activity".

What needs to be done (main blocks of TK)

• Sitemap.xml

  • exclude from the sitemap URLs with 404/301/500/noindex, empty categories and "garbage" filters

  • set up the correct generation of the sitemap (if necessary - fragmentation)

• Duplicates RU/UA

  • set up canonical (self-canonical for each language version)

  • correctly implement hreflang (ru-UA / uk-UA / x-default)

  • ensure indexing of both languages versions

• Filters and pagination

  • determine which filters are indexed and which should be closed

  • set up canonical/robots/noindex for "junk" URLs

• Internal linking

  • remove links to unindexed and redirect URLs

• Working with Google Search Console

  • after each stage - a list of changed URLs to check for corrections

Candidate requirements

• Experience with the Kohana Framework (or relevant experience with PHP frameworks)

• Understanding SEO requirements: canonical, hreflang, sitemap, robots, noindex

• Ability to work strictly according to the TK

• Accurate and responsible (without side effects on the site)

• Willingness to work iteratively (made a block > checked > moving next)

• Project cooperation with the possibility of long-term work

• Payment in stages for completed TK blocks

• Communication in the chat, prompt corrections based on feedback
