Director of Investment Office (Europe) in 3S, Konsaltingova agenciya

We are opening a confidential search for the position of Director of the Investment Office to manage the private capital of a European investor. This is a role for a strategist who will become the owner's trusted "right hand" and take control of a diversified portfolio of assets (Real Estate, Development, Private Equity) in EU countries.

We are looking for a professional with a unique profile: lawyer with a strong business mindset. Your task is to administer, structure assets, minimize risks and maximize the value of the portfolio.

Your key challenges:

• Conduct full Due Diligence of assets, identify legal and financial "red flags", reorganize the ownership structure to ensure transparency and security.
• Development of scenarios for each asset (Hold, Fix & Sell, Liquidation). Preparation of objects for sale (legal "cleaning", packaging) or management of their profitability.
• Assessment of fair market value, P&L control of assets, budgeting of maintenance costs (CAPEX/OPEX).
• Building an effective tax model for a non-resident beneficiary.
• Coordination of the work of a lawyer and financier (remote teams), establishing clear reporting and communications.

Portrait of the ideal candidate:

• From 5 years in management positions in Family Offices, investment funds, asset management companies or in the field of work with troubled assets.
• Strong mix of Legal + Finance. You must understand EU corporate law as well as financial models.
• Experience of working with EU jurisdictions (Spain, Austria, Latvia, Poland) will be a decisive advantage.
• English is Advanced (C1).
• You are a "businessman" and a strategist. You see not just the real estate object, but liquidity, ROI and risks.
