General Information

Foundation "Partnership for a Strong Ukraine" (FPSU) is a multi-year, donor program implemented by the Kimonix International company under the management of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Commonwealth of Nations and Development (MFA) of the Great Britain and the Government of Ukraine. 

The goal of the FPSU is to provide the Ukrainian state with better conditions for managing the inclusive recovery and revival of Ukraine in partnership with civil society and the private sector in the face of Russian aggression. 

Responsibilities:

    < li>

    Creation of high-quality images for documenting key events, objects, persons demonstrating the influence and activity of the FSSU. These images should highlight both formal and informal moments, creating a comprehensive visual narrative.

  • Participation in visits to objects within Kyiv region (for example, visiting schools, hospitals, festivals) , as well as recording the key moments of these trips – both formal and informal.

    or after returning to Kyiv from a trip (the exact number of required edited images will be discussed with the photographer in each specific case). Unless otherwise specified, images must be in a format suitable for social media (ie no larger than 2MB each)

Qualification

To ensure high quality of service provision, the Provider must meet the following requirements:

  • Experience: Demonstrated experience in professional photography, including event and field event documentation. Experience with non-commercial or international development projects is an advantage. 

  • Specialized Skills: Knowledge of high resolution photography and advanced editing skills using standard software (eg Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro). 

  • Equipment: access to high-quality photography equipment, including lighting, etc. 

  • 3 hours after their end.

Volume of involvement (LOE: Approx 10 days per month, the actual LOE depends on the tasks and needs of the FPSU. The term of the contract is 12 months.< /p>

PFRU-2 Recruitment - Candidate Application

Background

The Partnership Fund for a Resilient Ukraine (PFRU), implemented by Chemonics International, is a multi-year, multi-donor funded program managed by the UK's Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO) and governed in collaboration with the Government of Ukraine. PFRU's aim is to set improved conditions for the Ukrainian state, in partnership with civil society and the private sector, to lead on inclusive national recovery and revitalization in the context of Russia's aggression. 

Responsibilities:

  • Capture high-quality images to document key events, facilities, and individuals, showcasing the impact and activities of the PFRU. These images should highlight both formal and informal moments, creating a comprehensive visual narrative. • Attend events such as conferences, seminars, trainings, workshops in Kyiv or Kyiv region to capture both formal and informal settings of these events.
  • Attend field trips within Kyiv region (e.g., visits to schools, hospitals, and festivals) and capture key highlights of these trips – both formal and informal.
  • Provide PFRU with edited images (adjustment, exposure, cropping, retouching) within 2-3 hours following the end of the event or following return to Kyiv from a field trip (the exact amount of required edited images will be discussed with the photographer on a case-by-case basis). Unless specifically requested, images should be in social media format (i.e., not exceeding 2MB each).

Qualifications:

The vendor should meet the following qualifications to ensure high-quality service delivery:

  • Experience: demonstrated experience in professional photography, particularly in documenting events and field activities. Experience working with nonprofit or international development projects is an advantage.
  • Technical skills: proficiency in high-resolution photography and advanced editing skills using industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro).
  • Equipment: access to high-quality photography equipment, including lights, etc.
  • Efficiency: capability to deliver high-quality, edited images within agreed timelines, including providing event photography within 2-3 hours after completion.

LOE: Approximately up to 10 days per month, with actual LOE dependent on assignments and PFRU needs. The contract duration - 12 months.
