We are looking for a Growth Lead who will be a key part Growth team 6037. The main task of this position is to conduct experiments at various stages of interaction with users to increase business profits. • Launching over 300 A/B tests per year: 27 million users participated in A/B tests in 2025.
• Split the entire audience into 20+ segments for creating a unique experience of using the product and we are still actively working with this model.
• We study 50+ annually new niches to target new user segments.

• Creating A/B test roadmaps for different business areas and conducting experiments to increase target metrics.
• Finding new niches for launching existing products on them through qualitative (product interviews) and quantitative (market performance analysismarketing creatives, research) studies.
• Generation of own hypotheses for A/B tests by analyzing direct and indirect competitors, conducting qualitative and quantitative research, networking with specialists from similar fields.
• Use of analytics collection systems (Analytics, Clarity, Tableau) for the formation of marketing and product hypotheses.
• Management of designers, developers, analysts for the systematic development of our Growth direction.

What is important to us:

• From 3 years of corporate experience in similar positions (Product & Project Manager, Business Analyst, Data Analyst, User Acquisition Specialist, etc.).< /li>
• Excellent analytical skills, ability to calculate quickly and think logically.
• Fundamental understanding of statistics and probability theory.
• A basic understanding of the research process for launching a new product.
• Knowledge of English is not lower than Upper Intermediate.
• Leadership qualities, excellent communication skills and proactivity.
