Responsibilities
- Phone communication with credit bureaus: Experian, Equifax, TransUnion
- Calling banks and financial institutions regarding active cases
- Follow-ups on case statuses, clarification and verification of information
- Strict adherence to scripts and internal procedures
- Logging call results and updates in the CRM system
Requirements
- English level: Intermediate or higher (required)
- Fluency in Russian or Ukrainian (required)
- Confident, calm, and clear phone communication skills
- Strong attention to detail, discipline, and responsibility
- Ability to work strictly according to procedures, without improvisation
- Computer/laptop and stable internet connection
- Previous experience in a call center, customer support, or banking is a plus but not required (training provided)
Conditions
- Fully remote position
- Working hours: 10:00 a.m. — 6:00 p.m. Los Angeles time (Pacific Time)
- Corresponds to 8:00 p.m. — 4:00 a.m. Kyiv time
