We invite a Specialist in training and development to the team!

From the candidate we expect:

• Experience in a similar position will be an advantage;
• Active life position, willingness to work in a dynamic environment;
• Responsibility and communication;
• Knowledge of Power Point, Canva, Forms, Teams, Outlook, Excel, Word, 1C (will be an advantage)

Tasks that will be faced You:

• Organization and support of employee training;
• Development of tests and training materials;
• Conducting classroom training;
• Creation of protocols and certificates with OP, PB and CG;
• Creation of presentations with educational material;
• Search for external training providers;
• Participation in the development and implementation of projects of the training and personnel development department.
