Head of the educational project in IT Step Academy

Step2Talk language school, created by the founders of the IT STEP International Academy — a recognized world expert in the field of education with over twenty-five years of experience.  As part of a global educational holding, we develop language programs for children, teenagers and adults in different countries.

We are looking for a manager who will help systematically develop the Step2Talk project and take it to the next level. We need a person who understands the logic of promoting an educational product and knows how to combine the quality of education with financial indicators. We value a high level of empathy, the ability to negotiate, maintain focus, argue one's position and leadership qualities. Experience in EdTech or large network language schools will be an advantage

Your job duties will be:

• Step2Talk project management and management of all processes;

• Adaptation and improvement of educational programs for children, teenagers; 
   

• Control of the connection between the methodology and business indicators;  style="font-weight: 400; font-style: normal; text-decoration: none">Constant interaction with students, teachers and heads of branches.

Requirements for the candidate:

• Experience in teaching English". for different age categories and levels);

• Understanding English language teaching methods;

• Ability to focus on the result and build effective teams;

• Ability to structure work, implement regulations and ensure high product quality when scaling.

Will a plus:

• Experience in implementing AI tools in the educational process or operational activity;

• Availability of international methodological certificates.
