ToV "Andrushivskyi maslosyrzavod" (AMSZ) has been known for more than 40 years as one of the largest producers of high-quality cheese and traditional Ukrainian butter in Eastern Europe. In addition to cheese and butter, the plant produces skimmed milk powder and whey. we are looking for a personnel training manager.

You are suitable for us if:

• You have work experience in a similar position or related positions;
• Experience in the development of the training system and its implementation;
• Able to analyze personnel training needs and create content for offline and online training;
• Know the techniques and methods of writing and conducting training; ;
• You know how to communicate and involve employees at different levels in cooperation;
• You have leadership qualities and know how to motivate a team.
