 Main responsibilities:

  • Development, implementation and promotion of the loyalty program to our friendly team .
  • Conducting marketing research and analyzing the results for continuous improvement of the loyalty program and customer engagement strategies. Support of existing and search for new partners in the loyalty program.
  • Development and implementation of customer attraction and retention strategies based on analysis of customer base data and market trends.
  • Launch of joint marketing campaigns (with new and existing partners). Preparation of proposals for joint activity.
  • Analysis of marketing campaigns after their completion.
  • Interaction with other company divisions to collect and analyze information necessary for working with a partner.
  • Basic requirements and professional skills:

    • Experience 1-2 years of work in a similar position or: retention manager, loyalty manager, CRM manager, marketing manager.
    • Knowledge of the principles and methods of customer loyalty: development and implementation of loyalty programs, segmentation of the customer base, optimization of processes to increase retention customers Experience in launching marketing collaborations.
    • Directmarketing: setting up automated mailings (email, viber, sms), personalization of content for customers.
    • Analysis of the effectiveness of loyalty programs: the ability to measure the effectiveness of programs (KPI, LTV - lifetime value), analysis of results and adaptation of strategies to specific indicators.
    • Knowledge of marketing tools for customer retention: push mailings, retargeting, affiliate programs.
    • Analytical skills: ability work with large volumes of data, analyze purchasing trends, customer behavior and conduct segmentation to personalize campaigns.
    • Project Management: experience in project management, planning and organizing the launch of programs loyalty.
    • Confident user: MS Office, Mailchimp, Google Analytics, Worksection, etc.
    • Competent language (oral/written), knowledge of business etiquette.
