Wishes for candidates

• A passion for cars is a must;
• Higher education;
• Experience in personnel training;
• Knowledge of the design and technical characteristics of passenger cars - desirable;
• Availability of a category "B" driver's license and driving experience;< /li>
• Desire to learn and teach others.

Job responsibilities

• Development and conduct of process trainings after-sales service cars;
• Development and conducting trainings on new products for service and spare parts sales consultants, warranty specialists and workshop foremen;
• Analysis of training results and communication with dealers regarding the implementation of recommendations in the work of the service;
• Development of annual plans and creation of a training budget for each dealer (after an audit);
• Consultation and support of the importer's after-sales service team in matters of the after-sales training program for dealers;
• Reporting to the manager on the status, planned actions and progress of each dealer in achieving the desired level of compliance with after-sales service standards.
