Open vacancy: Manager of personnel training!

We offer:

• Timely payment of labor;
• Working schedule: from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., 5/2.

Requirements:

• Higher education in psychology, sociology (preferred);
• A confident user of Microsoft Office programs;
• Experience in interpersonal communication and communication with internal and external customers;
• Work experience in a similar position (preferred);
• Aspiration to learn and teach others;
• Skills of public speaking, ability to control the audience;
• Online communication skills, confident Zoom user;
• Competent oral and written Ukrainian language.

Duties:

• Conducting trainings and adapting them to different groups;
• Participation in the development of trainings based on the needs and current level of staff development, create and update training modules (online and offline);
• Development of methodological materials for personnel training, support in the adaptation of employees, development of a mentoring system in the company;
• Organization and creation of online training and video content for employees;
• Organization and support of training, provision of necessary support and consultations after training;
• Preparation of statistical reports and evaluation of the effectiveness of the conducted training;
• Organization of training program testing, receiving feedback from department heads and adjusting the program based on received feedback.
