• Development and implementation of the planexecution of design work in compliance with building regulations and customer requirements.
• Coordination of work teams of designers and external specialists, control over the preparation of project documentation.
• Ensuring compliance of project documentation with state standards and coordination with control bodies.
• Control in compliance with the schedule, budget and costs of the project.
• Assessment of risks in the project, development of measures to minimize them and reporting on work progress.

We would like the candidate to have the following competencies:

• Experience in the position of GIP in the construction of industrial facilities.
• Higher education in the field of energy .
• Experience in team management, building effective interaction with the team, mentoring and training subordinates.
• Knowledge of building codes, standards and legislation in the field of design and construction.
• Experience with engineering programs for design SES (AutoCAD, PVsyst, Helioscope, Revit,).
• Knowledge of the principles of operation of solar equipment and energy networks.
• Management skills projects: planning, control and project completion.
• Ability to effectively communicate and negotiate with interested parties.
• High level of self-organization

• Availability of a qualification certificate of GIP SS3 (will be an advantage)
