Company Branch "Nestle Ukraine" announces a competition for the position of "Specialist in personnel training"in Lviv.

Responsibilities:

1.  Organization, coordination of training of managers and specialists of the enterprise, educational work on all types and forms of professional development and retraining, provision of advisory assistance to personnel on all forms of training; training planning, budgeting, sequence, making of all necessary documents forpayments for training. Keeping records of training of factory workers.

2.  Preparation of the consolidated annual training plan for the factory in terms of subdivisions and control over its implementation.

3.  Coordination of processes:

• training;
• attestations;
• PDP

4.  Coordination of the process of adaptation of new employees at the factory.

5.  Provision:

• Implementation of the project of automation and digitization of the process of training factory workers (blue-collar workers);
• Implementation of internship and attestation processes in an online format in compliance with the requirements of current legislation, norms and Nestlé practitioner.

Skills and knowledge:

• Development of educational programs and organization of trainings for personnel;
• Knowledge of planning methods, the procedure for developing plans for training and professional development of personnel;
• li>Knowledge of resolutions, decrees, orders, methodical and regulatory documents on training and professional development of personnel, basics of labor legislation;
• A confident user of MS Office 365 using MS software: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
