Personnel training and development manager in Agenciya Oboronnih Zakupivel

The DOT Defense Procurement Agency is a state enterprise engaged in the procurement of equipment, ammunition, UAVs, food, clothing, fuel and lubricants for the Armed Forces and the Defense Forces.

Our mission: we provide the Defense Forces and develop the national military complex for the stability and defense capability of Ukraine.

Now we are looking for a Training and Personnel Development Manager, who will help build a modern educational ecosystem for continuous professional development of the team for transparent and effective support of the Armed Forces.

Possible duties:

• Organization, coordination and support of educational projects and programs (soft & hard skills)
• Analysis of training needs, selection of providers and best practices for implementation of training initiatives
• Participation in the preparation and implementation of personnel development projects
• Participation in the development and updating of electronic courses (communication with customers, monitoring, reminders)
• Corporate training portal administration
• Working with primary documents (contracts, invoices, acts of services provided)
• Analysis of the effectiveness of the conducted training (reports, analytics, feedback surveys)

Requirements from candidates:

• Experience in the field of personnel training and development from 2 years
• Understanding the full cycle of training organization (from needs gathering to performance evaluation)
• Experience of interaction with training providers and project management in a corporate environment
• Experience in implementing internship or mentoring programs
• Experience in developing individual development plans
• Experience in the formation of methodological materials when creating educational programs
• Experience in LMS administration would be an advantage
• Patriotism, zero tolerance for corruption
• Ability to work in conditions of change
