Personnel specialist (HR) in OLEKSANDR, TOV / GRUPA NAFTOGAZ

"OLEKSANDR" LLC, an enterprise in the NAFTOGAZ group, whose field of activity is the provision of cleaning and catering services to ensure the Company's activities, invites a Personnel specialist

Requirements:

• higher education in the field of: legal studies, document studies and information activities.
• 2 years of work experience in the relevant direction;
• perfect knowledge of labor legislation;
• experienced user (Excel, Word, Outlook), PFU portal and M.E.Doc;
• work experience in the 1C, ZUP program;
• high level of responsibility and initiative;
• orientation on the result;
• communicability, stress resistance.

Duties:

• conducting personnel records in accordance with the requirements of the current legislation of Ukraine;
• drawing up documents regarding the hiring, transfer and dismissal of employees, maintaining personal files, employee record cards (standard form No. П-2);
• keeping records and drawing up documentation regarding annual and additional vacations, sick leave, etc.; drawing up and monitoring the implementation of the annual vacation schedule; keeping timesheet records of the use of working time (including variable and summarized accounting, as well as full-time and part-time working days/weeks).
• preparation and issuance of orders, certificates and business letters;
