Neptun Grain Terminal (JV "M.V. CARGO" with Cargill Corporation) is starting a competition for the vacancy of a staff specialist. p>

What will have to be done:

- coordinate the process of training and development of the terminal staff;

- coordinate the process of evaluating the performance of indicators;

- coordinate the process of recognition and encouragement of employees;

- lead a charity process in the company;

- participate in other business processes of the personnel department.

 Requirements:

- higher education, preferably specialized;

- desirable work experience in HR/administrative/office work for at least 2 years;

- a confident PC user, especially in Excel and Power Point;

- knowledge of the English language at the Intermediate level will be an essential advantage.
