What are the tasks facing the employee:

• management of the full cycle of search and recruitment (office vacancies and working staff of the logistics department )
• coordination of new employees (we use a distance learning system, the processes are automated)
• formation of internal and external personnel reserves (participation in personnel certification)
• monitoring of salary plan< /li>
• participation in HR projects
• performance of KPIs: personnel turnover, speed and quality of recruitment, internal promotion

Mandatory requirements:

• knowledge of basic recruitment methods
• experience in a logistics company or a retail company will be an advantage
• systematic approach to work
