• Experience as a recruiter, personnel manager;
• Skills of interviewing according to competencies;
• Ability to negotiate;
• Developed emotional intelligence and an in-depth approach to evaluating candidates;
• Orientation on results, team interaction and non-standard problem solving skills.

• Interaction with internal customers in the process of personnel search and adaptation;
• Formation of the candidate's competence profile according to the application;
• Definition of the recruitment strategy;

• Conducting interviews using various evaluation methods;
