Your main tasks:

• Interact with customers via online chat, quickly respond to inquiries and provide basic advice.

• Keep accurate reports, recording important information about the request in the internal system.

What we expect from You:

• Basic computer literacy.

• Competent command of the written Ukrainian language; knowledge of English will be an advantage.
