Personnel manager (with military accounting functions) in Smart Holding / Smart-Holding, OOO

Company IT CAPITAL - multifunctional information technology service center Smart Holding, one of the largest investment groups of Ukraine invites to its team a Personnel Manager (number of personnel ~ 50)

Our candidate has:

• higher education at the educational and qualification level of master, specialist. 
• work experience from 2 years in the direction of C&B, personnel administration or in the position of HR generalist in a small company;

• perfect knowledge of the current legislation on labor and wages;

• experience of working with evaluation and training systems in various companies;

responsibilities:

• Keeping personnel records according to unified forms;

• Processing the hiring, transfer and dismissal of employees in accordance with the law;

• Maintaining personnel documentation (P-2, work books, personal files);

• Payroll administration: preparation of staff lists, orders, data entry in 1C;

• Organization of accruals, bonuses, allowances, benefits and material assistance;

• Participation in personnel evaluation (KPI, monthly/quarterly evaluation);

• Analysis and preparation of the personnel budget;

• Maintaining up-to-date policies and payment documents of labor;

• Administration of personnel training;

• Support of corporate events and internal communications;

• Checking of electronic sick leave, registration of protocols, calculation of insurance experience;

• Preparation of certificates, management of vacations, reports, work schedules;

• Management of military accounting.
