Our customer is a development company in Odesa, which implements projects in the field of residential real estate. The business is actively developing, scaling projects and teams, so it is looking for a HR Manager / HR Business Partner who will build a systematic work with personnel and become a partner for department heads.

About the role

HR Manager is responsible for the full HR cycle of the company and supports the business during the growth period. The role involves close interaction with project managers, building block, sales and office team.

Key responsibilities

• Full cycle of recruiting: engineers, project managers, sales, back-office, management roles

• Building and supporting HR processes (onboarding, adaptation, performance management)

• HR-analytics, reporting, participation in personnel planning

Requirements for the candidate

• Experience of HR Manager / HR BP from 3 years

• Practical experience of recruiting and implementation of HR processes

• Strong communication and organizational skills skills

• Willingness to work in an office in Odesa
