Personnel manager, recruiter (HR) in Kombinat-Cherkasi, TOV

Requirements:

• confident user of MS Office (knowledge of 1C, BAF ERP will be an advantage);
• desire to work for results, activity, ability to work in multitasking;
• communication, responsibility, initiative.

Main tasks for the candidate:

• search and selection of personnel for various company vacancies;
• conducting phone calls interviews/conversations with candidates;
• interaction with the heads of structural divisions within the personnel search process;
• development and implementation of search and personnel recruitment strategies;
• monitoring and labor market analysis.
