Your tasks:

• full management of personnel records (admission, transfer, dismissal of employees, vacations, sick leave, etc., staff number up to 300 people).
• maintenance of military records at the enterprise in accordance with current legislation;
• preparation of time sheets;
• formation and management of personal files of employees, form P-2 cards;
• submission of data on hired employees through the MEDOC system, submission of personnel reports to the pension fund;
• maintenance of records in labor records books;
• ensuring compliance of personnel documentation with current legislation, conducting document audits and updating in case of changes in legislation.

It is important for us:

• graduated education;
• work experience in personnel for at least 2 years;
• knowledge of the 1C 8 ZUP program;
• good orientation in personnel legislation of Ukraine;
• ability to work in conditions of multitasking, flexibility, well-developed communication skills, ability to self-control and self-organization, orientation to the result.
