Wishes for the candidate:

• experience in the relevant field 1 year (preferred);
• ability to work with recipes, compliance with technological maps;
• experience in the production of modern desserts (mousse cakes, eclairs, macarons, etc.);
• ability to work in a team and be organized.

Basic responsibilities:

• organization and control of the full cycle of confectionery production;
• management of a team of confectioners;
• control of compliance with technological maps, quality standards and sanitary norms;
• keeping records of raw materials, ordering ingredients.
