HR manager (office vacancies) in Fora, TOV

Together with the SUPERFORIVTS team, you will:

• Search and recruit staff for open office vacancies
• Create a job profile and formulate requirements for a candidate
• Create a search strategy for a particular specialist taking into account all requirements and restrictions
• Conduct telephone screening and complex interview (online/offline) and candidate evaluation
• Form job offer and work with counter-offers
• Accompany candidates to the stage of registration in the company's staff
• Report on vacancies and vacancy statuses in the ATS system

Important for us:

• Experience in a similar position from the 1st year (in Retail will be an advantage)
• Higher specialized education (psychology, sociology, pedagogy, marketing)
• Proficiency in recruitment methods and technologies
• Software knowledge: MS Office, Microsoft Excel (at the basic level)
• Proactivity, initiative, resourcefulness and diplomacy
• Fluent communication in Ukrainian language
