Personnel manager in Fora, TOV

Together with the SUPERFORIVTS team you will:

• Search and select personnel for the meat distribution shop

• Conduct interviews and form a personnel reserve

• Post vacancies on various online platforms and resources

• Conduct accounting records of working hours

• Register vacations and accompany personnel changes

• Conduct exit interviews and accompany the process of firing employees

Important for us:

• Higher education (preferably in the field of HR, psychology or management)
• Experience in recruitment of 1 year or more
• Knowledge of modern methods of searching and evaluating candidates
• Ability to conduct interviews and form a personnel reserve.
• Confident use of a PC and basic HR tools (Excel, job-portals
• Responsibility, attention to detail, organization
• Ability to effectively plan working hours and fulfill the tasks assigned by the manager
• Fluent communication in Ukrainian
