  Functional duties :

  
  

• < p style="font-weight: normal; font-style: normal">Organization and management of personnel records; 

• Management of personnel movement processes (recruitment, transfer, dismissal); 

holidays; 

• Keeping records of movement of work books according to the Instructions; 

• Organization and introduction of military accounting at the enterprise;  

• Preparation of documentation nand booking of employees of the enterprise and keeping their records; 

• Formation of statistical data, personnel reports and references; 

• Providing expert opinions and information and advisory services regarding legislation in the field of labor and military accounting; 

practitioner 

• Working with state institutions. 

Necessary knowledge and skills:

• Knowledge of labor legislation, personnel administration, accounting rules and personnel movement; 

• Knowledge of legislation on military registration and reservation of conscripts;

• Knowledge of drafting business letters and messages for internal communication; 

• Ability and desire to work with large volumes of information and documentation; 

• Ability to accumulate, analyze and summarize information

• Attention to details; 

• Ability to concentrate on the task at hand; 

• Experience in effective teamwork is a must;

• Creation of complex reports in 1c and/or another program;

• Experience is not less than 2-3 years.
