We are currently looking for a personnel management specialist due to staff expansion.

Responsibilities:

• Development and implementation of personnel management strategies; 
• Selection and search of new employees; 
• Organization and conducting of trainings and seminars for personnel; 
• Maintenance of personnel documentation and brief reporting;
• Development of corporate culture and team spirit in the team. 

Requirements:

• Work experience is not mandatory;
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team; 
• Ability to work with a computer at the user level (Google Docs, Excel, messengers); 
• Responsibility and punctuality;
• Time management skills;
• Willingness to develop in the field of HR.And
