Our employee in this position:

• Develops work plans and comprehensive measures to achieve established standards and increase the level of occupational safety, fire safety, civil protection, prepares work schedules and budget
• Monitors compliance with the requirements of occupational safety, fire and man-made safety, civil protection by employees of the enterprise and contractor organizations
• Organizes training (trainings) and checking the knowledge of employees on labor protection, fire safety and the procedure for performing high-risk works
• Participates in the organization of technical reviews, expert examinations and testing of high-risk equipment
• Organizes and participates in state and internal investigations of accidents and accidents that occurred at work
• Responsible for the preparation of annual statistical and non-financial reporting
• Responsible for conducting internal safety audits of the Western Hub of MHP and preparing relevant reports

• Knowledge of legislative and regulatory acts, methodological materials on occupational safety, fire and man-made safety, civil protection, fundamentals of labor legislation
• Possessing the best international practices in the field of safety labor, in particular leadership in the field of occupational safety, safety audits, behavioral audits
• Understanding the principles of implementing a risk-oriented approach in the field of occupational health and safety
• Experience in conducting education and training in occupational safety and fire safety
• Proficiency in accounting systems at the level of a confident user: Excel, PowerPoint, Office 365, MS Teams, Word
• Experience in working with 1C programs, On time
• Category B driver's license and driving experience
• Readiness for business trips
