Job Responsibilities< /p>

  • Provide personnel support for the local office in Kyiv;
  • Perform the duties of personnel administration in accordance with Ukrainian labor legislation: perform document management for various processes, including hiring, vacations, transfers , management of personal affairs, dismissal, etc. 
  • Regularly update HR trackers (total staff tracker, leave balance tracker, etc.) for both national and international staff
  • Collect and archive timesheets on a monthly basis

  • Provide support to the People Management (P&D) Manager on daily staffing requests of international staff 
  • In close cooperation with the Global HR team, process requests and manage information about employees in the Workday system
  • Tracking staff training - collecting certificates of completion, sending reminders to employees, collecting training confirmation forms
  • Assisting the HR manager (P&D) in maintaining an archive of personnel documents for the Ukrainian national program. 
  • Take an active part in the preparation of documents for donor audits of personnel documentation
  • Control of compliance by employees with IRC procedures; paying special attention to the Performance Management process;
  • Confidential and secure management all personnel information and personnel data;
  • Management of personnel attendance, vacations and personnel salary data;
  • Tracking of the hiring process
  • Manage monthly reporting;
  • Assist in staff development through training and individual capacity building plans;
  • Ensure implementation of care plan personnel and team building for the office in Kyiv.
  • Provide a monthly HR report;
  • Any other tasks upon request manager

Requirements:

  • Higher education in a related field with at least two years of work experience.
  • Ability work independently and in a team.
  • Strong organizational and computer skills, working knowledge of Word and Excel.
  • Detail orientation, flexibility and adaptability, empathy.
  • Free command of Ukrainian and English languages.
