We invite to our team a Specialist in personnel records and military accounting.
Main responsibilities:
- Managing personnel records in full (recruitment, dismissal, transfers, vacations, formation of personal files, staff list); < li>Control and analysis of the availability of the necessary package of documents for employees and candidates during recruitment, transfer; accounting of the company's employees (do not deal with reservations);
- Examination of primary documents upon employment, as well as changes in employee documents during the working period;
- Management of document management in matters of military accounting in order to compliance with the norms of labor legislation (responding to the requests of relevant institutions, correspondence, submitting data to the TCC when hiring and dismissing employees).
- Consulting on military accounting issues
Requirements:
li>Knowledge of 1C UTP at the level of an experienced user;We offer:

- Work schedule: Mon-Fri 8.30-17.00. Sat, Sun - weekend;
