Responsibilities: recruitment, dismissal, transfer of employees; registration of all types of vacations and their calculation, filling out of sick leave forms, formation of personal files, calculation of insurance experience, maintenance of work books/work books, reporting, referral to medical examinations and control over their timely completion, registration of passes for enterprises-contractors of works (Metinvest, ArcelorMittal - other in the online system).
