Functional Responsibilities:

• System management of software development and robotic systems
• Managing the design and systematization of software documentation
• Implementation of software integration
• Implementation of code design standards
• Building and managing software development teams, including hiring, training, motivating and evaluating performance
• Providing technical guidance based on best practices in software development and implementation of the latest technologies
• Planning and monitoring the execution of tasks according to the agreed terms
• Ensuring effective communication with other divisions of the bank, stakeholders to ensure mutual understanding and achievement of common goals
• Implementation of quality assurance processes and standards to ensure high product quality
• Implementation of allocation control and resource planning for project implementation

Our expectations:

• Higher education
• Work experience in the field of development from 6 years, in a managerial position from 3 years old
• Experience implementing APIs for external/internal integrations
• Experience in implementing microservice architecture solutions

Knowledge and understanding of the principles of functioning of computer networks and methods of their protection will be an advantage;
