Personnel inspector in Obminochka, TOV

     OBMINOCHKA LLC Financial Company, which has been operating on the market for the eighth year, is looking for a personnel inspector in a friendly team.

 Main responsibilities: 
 ????- full personnel records of employees?? (admission, transfer, vacations, sick leave, business trip, dismissal, issuance of certificates, etc.) (staff up to 50 employees)

- management of personal files of employees, their timely additions and updates

- management of time sheets

- management of staff list

- preparation of orders on the main activity, protocols

- submission of quarterly leave reserve for the accountant

- keeping military records, in accordance with the current legislation

- scanning work books and submitting operational information to the PFU

- conducting briefings on labor protection, electrical and fire safety

- preparation of travel documents for cars and data for the accountant for writing off fuel (according to ready-made tables)

- searching for employees (placement of vacancies, primary interviews) (very rare, but it happens)

- execution of other assignments - as needed

   From the candidate we expectknowledge of labor legislation and constant monitoring of changes to it, 2 years of work experience in human resources, ability to work with the PFU portal, Word documents. Excel, 1C 8, etc., attention to details, responsibility, ability to organize your work.
