Personnel inspector in DMZ KOMINMET, TOV

We are looking for a Human Resources Inspector

Key tasks:

• Organization and management of personnel records (admission, dismissal, transfer, vacations, sick leave, vacation schedule);
• Formation of personnel files;
• Consulting employees on issues of labor legislation;
• Tracking changes in labor legislation and their implementation in the personnel records of the company;
• Preparation and submission of reports;
• Maintenance of military records of conscripts, conscripts and reservists in accordance with current legislation of Ukraine
• Formation and storage of personal files, verification of military accounting documents
• Preparation and submission of reports to the TCC and SP
• Interaction with territorial recruitment and social support centers
• Control of timely updating employee credentials
• Consulting employees on military accounting issues

We expect from you:

• From 3 years of experience in a similar position;
• Knowledge of the requirements for drawing up personnel documents;
• Desirable higher education;
• Proficient PC skills (Word, Excel, 1C);
• Knowledge of labor legislation and regulations on personnel management accounting;
• Knowledge of the legislation of Ukraine in the field of military accounting;
• Certificate of advanced training in military accounting
