That is why we We have an opening for an HR Manager (Employer Branding & Early Careers). internship
Supporting cooperation with universities, organizing and participating in career events: job fairs, career days, guest lectures, workshops.
Supporting the processes of adaptation, training and professional development of employees.
Planning and implementation of HR events (welcome days, onboarding meetings, team events and events).
Working on employer branding
Participation in staff assessment and preparation of analytical conclusions.
Interaction with practice managers
Requirements for the candidate:
Work experience in HR or L&D from 1 of the year.
Experience in launching, coordinating internships or developing the employer brand will be an advantage
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Communication skills with managers, colleagues and external partners.
Proactiveness, systematicity, results orientation.
