Personnel inspector in Deliveri, TOV

"Delivery Group""-logistics company, invites a "Personnel inspector" to its team

Requirements:

• Full higher education (master's degree, specialist).
• Work experience of 2 years or more
• Knowledge of the Labor Code of Ukraine, normative acts on personnel accounting and record keeping, requirements for the formation of personnel documents.
• A confident user of MS Office (Word, Excel), 1C, Medok.

Responsibilities:

• Managing personnel records in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine.
• Full management of personnel administration: registration of acceptance, transfer, dismissal.
• Formation, maintenance and storage of personnel affairs.
• Compilation and monitoring of compliance with vacation schedules, registration of annual (main and additional), social (related to the birth of a child, child care, etc.) vacations, etc. provided for in the Law "On Vacations" and norms. acts 
• Preparation of references, extracts, personnel reports.
• Entering information into the 1C accounting system
• Interaction with accounting and assistant. on personnel issues of the RC.
• Consulting of employees on personnel issues
• Control of the maintenance of contracts of the CPC in the RC.

Conditions:

• Place of work: st. Velika Vasylkivska 15/2 (Ukrainian Heroes Square)
• Official employment.
• Working schedule: Mon-Fri 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., weekends: Sat, Sun
