Personnel inspector in Veyp Treyd

The network of vape shops in Kyiv and the region invites an experienced HR Inspector to the team, who will ensure a full cycle of personnel administration and order in documentation. We are looking for an attentive and responsible specialist who works in accordance with the requirements of the law and knows how to maintain perfect personnel records in the retail network.

What will be required to do:

• Formation of admission, dismissal, transfers (orders, contracts).
• Submission of employment notices to the Tax Office.
• Formation and maintenance of personal files, paper work books.
• Regulation of vacations, control of sick leave through the PFU portal.
• Entering employee data in 1C, creation of time sheets.
• Adding employees to the payroll project.
• Generation of KEP when hiring.
• Work with documents, archive, correspondence (Nova Poshta).

Who we want to see:

• Experience as a personnel inspector from 2 years.
• Knowledge of labor legislation of Ukraine.
• Experience in 1C (personnel).
• Attention, responsibility, ability to work with documents.

• Schedule: Mon-Fri, 9:00-17:00.
• Office near m. Minsk.
• Salary: 35,000 , Trial month -30,000
