How exactly can you influence the development of the company:
• administration of the LMS platform (reporting, assignment of courses)

• development and implementation of e-learning courses

• administration of the process of the team passing mandatory training courses according to the schedule

• cross-functional interaction with technical by teams

Challenges for three months:
• familiarize yourself with the team's current goals and processes

• administer the completion of mandatory information security course by teammates in February-March

• develop and fully launch two online courses in the LMS

• research and master the backend processes of work in Collaborator in order to independently solve technical problems questions

To achieve results, you will need:
• experience working with LMS-platforms (experience with Collaborator will be an advantage)

• experience working with authoring tools (experience with Articulate 360 — will be an advantage)

• understanding of the principles of adult learning, pedagogical design and system models for evaluating learning effectiveness - will be an advantage

• English - B1-B2
