If you pay attention to details, like order in documents, understand the importance of quality personnel accounting and orient yourself in KZpP of Ukraine as in your native language - then this position is just for you.

From you:

• Higher education
• Experience in a similar position from 3 years
• Excellent knowledge of personnel legislation of KZpP, normative personnel documents
• Work experience in 1C 8.3, M.E.Doc;
• Experience of passing labor inspections (will be an advantage)
• Love for one's profession, desire to develop in this direction.

Main duties:

1. Keeping personnel records of employees (staff of about 260 people);
2. Keeping personal files and records of labor employees books
3. Maintenance of the staff list
4. Registration of admissions, transfers, dismissals, vacations, sick leave, issuance of certificates of labor activity
5. Development of regulations, internal regulatory documents and job instructions;
6. Formation and submission of documents for reservation of conscripts;
7. Control of military records, issuance reference;
8. Interaction with government bodies and internal divisions of the company.
9. Ensuring compliance with legislation and internal company regulations in the field of personnel
10. Consultation of personnel on personnel issues
11. Preparation of reports on company personnel at the request of management.
