Customer Success Manager (6 PM - 3 AM, 11 PM - 8 AM) in Zeely

We are looking for talented Customer Success Managers who will find new opportunities in working with existing and potential customers and build effective and long-term relationships with them. 
This is full-time remote cooperation with a long-term perspective. We are considering candidates from Ukraine, Europe and other locations if the working hours suit you. AI generates viral UGC videos and banner ads, and runs effective Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns, helping small businesses get noticed and grow. 150,000 users in the US, making us one of the TOP 5 players in our vertical in the US market by the number of active users. Zeely is growing more than 4 times every year in the US market and our team consists of more than 50 specialists. Meta and TikTok. In 2024, Zeely entered the TOP-25 fastest growing Ukrainian startups according to Forbes. 400">— to increase the share of users from free to paid subscriptions.Working hours: 5/2, fixed shift — 6:00 p.m.-03:00 a.m. Kyiv time (of your choice).
Start of work: before the start of independent shifts, you will have a 2-week paid training (10:00-19:00).
During this period - daily lessons, meetings with a coach and access to a large database of educational materials. We provide maximum context and support so that you can confidently step into the role and feel like part of the team.

You will have the following tasks and challenges:

• Advise clients who come with advertisements (inbound traffic), about our product and convert these communications into deals.
• Analyze user needs, user experience and generate suggestions for product improvements, pass them on to the product team.
• Be a true product expert and always stay up-to-date with new features and product updates.
• Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual KPIs, includingor lead conversion, targets.
• Track key sales metrics, report progress, analyze performance to continuously improve sales strategies and tactics.

What you need to join us:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position (Customer Support, Customer Success, Sales Manager).
• Experience in sales, upsell or cross-selling - even a basic level is enough to start.
• Experience in B2C sales is a strong advantage, especially acquired in a marketing agency, technology company or SaaS industry.
• Understanding the market of effective digital advertising in English-speaking countries, experience with the US market.
• Experience with analytics, reporting.
• Experience with CRM systems, Google Workspace, tools and services for sales.
• Orientation on results and KPI achievement.
• Knowledge and understanding of sales strategy, negotiation techniques.
• Skills to build long-term relationships with clients.
• Sufficient command of the English language (written, spoken) and excellent communication skills.
