Requirements regarding your experience and skills:

• Experience of working in personnel administration at least 1 of the year
• Experience in keeping military records will be a plus
• Knowledge of the Civil Code of Ukraine
• Confident user of 1C, Excel
• Attention and responsibility

Your duties:

• Maintenance of personnel records (recruitment / transfer / dismissal / leave)
• Formation of sick leave sheets
• Maintenance of report cards recording of working hours, summarized recording of working hours
• Formation of personal files employees
