E-learning expert (L&D Lead) in Delta Medical

We are looking for a person to lead the digital transformation of education. 

Will develop online courses for self-study and will be able to turn adult learning into an interesting and exciting process.

The main responsibilities will be:

- Annual assessment of training and development needs;

- Build strong working relationships with subject matter experts, for a deep understanding of course content, educational goals and requirements for skills and knowledge of students;
- Turn SOP into exciting educational materials, including video and interactive materials;
- Develop internal design standards and methodology of educational materials;
- Design and implement high-quality, interesting and innovative training programs on compliance, product and business topics.
- Development of various types of learning materials, such as presentations, videos, manuals, practical tasks, quizzes and tests, for tutored and self-directed learning;
- Monitoring and introduction of new tools e-learning and software that will improve the quality of learning and be convenient for users; new topics);
- Monitoring training effectiveness: collect feedback from managers and employees, analyze training performance indicators and improve training programs and their impact on business.
- Providing support and training for line managers and mentors on the training methodology and system and the use of training tools and systems.

For success in this role, you will need:

- Experience in developing training courses, the ability to create interesting and effective training materials for self-study courses;

- Understanding of adult learning systems and methods;

- Real practical experience in using various online course development tools, LMS and other technologies related to online and distance learning;

- Experience and interest in research and implementation of innovative digital tools for distance learning;

- Ability to quickly understand an unfamiliar topic;

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills;

- Ability to set priorities correctly and strict adherence to deadlines.
