How we see our ideal candidate:

• With 2 years of work experience;
• Higher education (preferred);
• With excellent knowledge of personnel accounting and labor legislation of Ukraine;
• Experience in military accounting is welcome;
• Confident user of the 1C program.

Your tasks:

• Keep records of the personnel of the enterprise, its subdivisions;
• Ensure compliance of the personnel documentation of the enterprise with the current legislation;
• Formulate the hiring, transfer and dismissal of employees in accordance with the legislation;
• Form and manage personal files of employees, make changes related to labor activity;
• Enter information about the quantitative composition of personnel and their movement in the data bank, control over its timely updating and replenishment;
• Control over the state of labor discipline in the company's divisions and employees' compliance with the rules of internal labor regulations;
• Keep personal military records of conscripts, conscripts and reservists working at the company, according to lists of personal military records (in electronic and/or paper forms), and within the limits of current legislation.
