Your tasks:

• Maintenance of personnel records of the company - recruitment, transfer and dismissal of employees in accordance with the requirements of current legislation and internal regulations.
• Maintenance and updating of personal files of employees, making changes related to with their work activities.
• Preparation and execution of personnel orders..
• Accounting, filling, storage of work books, determination of labor/insurance length of service, issuing certificates on the labor activity of employees.
• Accounting and management of employee vacations.

• Experience in a similar position from the 1st year.
• Knowledge of the Labor Code of Ukraine (tracking changes in legislation).
